The world first RC Transmission with DIG just got a lot better. The new R2D Enclosed transmission (also known as R2D II) has the following new features:


Enclosed DIG, keep dirt out and unit clean
Delrin shaft bushings, engage and dis-engage better
Full ball bearings
Single plate DIG unit

What is a DIG? With this transmission, it allows your truck to turn in a small radius by keeping the pivot point at the rear axle and the front swings around on that axis under power with the rear locked. Essentially, no forward motion while turning, so you can turn shaper than you would even if you had 4WS (Wheel steering).
