i really like these , but.... April 1, 2015

Very well made product , extremely clean machining, and plating. Here is the but. I originally mounted the steering links ( chassis mounted servo ) using a bit of blue loc-tite. This worked out great until I took the deadbeat into the bigger rocks ( 10 + inch) and steeper walls.
The double stacked rod ends are a bit much for the 3mm hole. Solution is easy thread a longer bolt in from the bottom , creating a stud and put a nylock nut on the top. No steering bind and definitely rock solid steering now. 95% of use on this truck is rock crawling the same way I do a full size rig , lots of bad consequence. Standard mounting will work for most. The old deadbeat sees a lot of end over end rollovers and hard drops to a single corner. That is what I believe started to wear that mounting hole. Overall a great non high steer knuckle.
