How do I return an item?

New Product:

We accept returns for store credit 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and in the original packaging.  Special order items are not returnable.  We do not accept electronics if the wiring harness or wiring has been modified. If the product has been used or is not sealed in the original packaging the item will be returned to you at your expense.  Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if TCS Crawlers (The Crawler Store LLC) is not at fault.



Defective Products:

TCS products can be returned to TCS for store credit or replacement within 30 days. Any merchandise not manufactured by TCS must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Missing parts in kits must be obtained from the original manufacturer.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if TCS Crawlers (The Crawler Store LLC) is not at fault.

Please ship with a tracking number and insurance. TCS is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us or damaged in transit to us. Please include a copy of your original invoice and a note with the reason for the return.
