How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
TCS products can be returned to TCS for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Any merchandise not manufactured by TCS must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Missing parts in kits must be obtained from the original manufacturer. For new and unused parts, the parts must be in the original sealed packaging. We do not accept electronics if the wiring harness or wiring has been modified. If the product has been used or is not sealed in the original packaging the item will be returned to you at your expense. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if TCS Crawlers (The Crawler Store LLC) is not at fault.

Please ship with a tracking number and insurance. TCS is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us or damaged in transit to us. Please include a copy of your original invoice, a note with the reason for the return, and that you would like a refund or replacement. Include your return mailing address if you would like a replacement for a defective part.
